By signing up for this limited-time SOUS annual subscription offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Done-for-You Setup Services

The Done-for-You Setup includes the following services, to be completed within 7-14 business days from the date of your SOUS subscription:

Email inbox configuration and integration within SOUS.
Calendar synchronization for scheduling purposes.
Installation and/or optimization of an inquiry form on your website.
Merchant onboarding to set up online payment processing via our payment technology partner, Nuvei.
Payment processing rates are additional and available here
Streamlining and optimization of existing workflows related to lead capture and client onboarding.
This is a one-time setup service. Ongoing technical support for any additional customizations or changes is not included but may be available separately through our support team.

The offer includes access to standard SOUS technical support, which covers troubleshooting related to SOUS software usage.
The setup does not include ongoing personal tech support (e.g., changes to your inbox, calendar, or payment processor integrations after initial setup).
Any future technical changes, re-configurations, or support beyond the initial setup will require purchasing a separate support package.

Your subscription includes full access to the Chefpreneur Mastery Program, a 10-module training program.
Access will remain valid as long as your subscription is active.
This program is self-guided and does not include direct coaching or personal feedback. For additional coaching or advanced training, please contact our team for information on premium services.

Free access to the Branding Class in Atlanta on October 10, 2024, is available only to the first ten customers who sign up for this promotion. Eligible customers will be notified by email within 24 hours of their subscription.
Travel, accommodation, and other related expenses are not covered and are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

Payment processing is provided by Nuvei, our third-party payment technology partner.
Payment processing rates are additional and available here
SOUS is not responsible for any issues related to third-party payment providers or external payment services.
Any disputes or issues related to payment processing must be addressed directly with Nuvei in accordance with their terms of service.

The special $468 pricing is billed annually.
No refunds will be provided after 30 days of service unless a technical issue with SOUS prevents use of the software.
The subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

This promotion is limited to the services and products specifically outlined above.
SOUS and its team are not responsible for any third-party issues related to external services or platforms (e.g., email providers, calendar tools, website hosts, or payment processors).
Any future upgrades, software changes, or additional services are subject to separate pricing and are not included in this offer.

SOUS and Chefpreneur are not liable for any disruptions or damages caused by external platforms, third-party services, or client-side errors that are outside of our control.
